Tangy Chicken


some times, you don't want to put extra affect to cook food and you want to eat some easy but delicious. then this recipe is for you.you will able make 3 servings with this recipe.if you are going to make a bigger batch then you can double the recipe.

INGREDIENTS:


  • boneless chicken 400 grams
  • 5 chop tomatoes
  • 1 big onion thin sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • half tablespoon red chili powder
  • salt according to taste
  •  half teaspoon oregano 
  • chop green chili
  • 3-4 tablespoon oil
METHOD:


  1. In a pan add oil and chop tomatoes cook tomatoes until they get soft. Now with the help of spoon try to mash the tomatoes as much a you possibly can.
  2. then add thin sliced onion along with garlic paste and chicken.and mixed every thing together.
  3. Now, add all the seasoning in the chicken and cook this for 5 minutes.
  4. when your chicken looks nicely cook add chop green chili and turn off the heat.
  5. you can serve this with flat bread,chapati or with steamed rice.
NOTE:

when your chicken start sticking at the bottom, sprinkle some water to protect the chicken from sticking.
