CARAMEL FILLED CHOCOLATE






today, am going to share a very delicious and easy chocolate recipe which you going to love it. and in order to make this, you need just two ingredients.


  • 500 grams of milk chocolate compound
  • 1 salted caramel cane


Methods:

first, you need a silicon mold which, we going to use to shape our chocolate. shape does not matter you can pick what ever you like. now its time to chop the chocolate and melt it in microwave for 30 second, after this give a stir to your chocolate and again microwave it for 30 second, repeat this process until, you get a smooth melted chocolate .
now,its time to temper the chocolate.because we want our chocolate with shine and crunch.in order to temper we need to stir it until the chocolate feels normal on the tip of your finger.
for the next step you need to pour the temper chocolate in each shell of the silicon mold and wait for two minutes. then, pour the excess  chocolate back in to the bowl. and shift the mold into the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
once, the shell set pour caramel into each shell but make sure not to over fill.
and lastly cover the top with the rest of the chocolate and smooth the top with a scraper.then, rest chocolate for 1 hour in fridge. after an hour gently un-mold the chocolate and enjoy.
