Alfredo Pasta


Alfredo pasta is a creamy, cheesy delight.  I am going to share the simple and easy recipe which you people going to love it.so lets get started.

INGREDIENTS:


  • 250 grams of boiled spiral pasta or(spaghetti)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • half teaspoon oregano
  • half teaspoon basil
  • half teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 chop chili  (optional)
  • minced garlic half tablespoon
  • boneless chicken 250 grams
  • half teaspoon salt

SAUCE:

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon fine chop garlic
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 glass whole milk
  • half teaspoon basil
  • half teaspoon oregano
  • half cup shredded cheddar cheese (you can use Parmesan cheese if you want)
  • half teaspoon salt
  • half teaspoon chili flakes
  METHOD:


  1. In a pan melt the butter on medium heat the add garlic and chicken, when chicken changes its color add all the seasoning and cook this for 6 to 8 minutes then turn of the heat.
  2. Now, take the same pan and melt the butter add flour and garlic in it cook this on low heat.
  3. when your flour changes the color to light brown slowly add milk in it, while adding milk continually stir the sauce to avoid lumps.
  4. then add the seasoning and cheese in the sauce , then add boiled pasta and cooked chicken in it and toes your pasta in sauce. 
Now,serve your delicious pasta with little bit of cheese and basil on top.

NOTE:

make sure you use dry basil and oregano, and if you sauce looks to thick then add little bit of milk to get the right consistency.make sure your sauce not to thick not to thin, you need creamy consistency. it  get thick when your pasta cool down.
