whole wheat mango pancake





This recipe is for the fitness conscious people who want to eat healthy but also want to enjoy some delicious food.this is one off my favorite recipe.its delicious, healthy, and did not need any special skill to prepare it.

 Ingredients:





  • 1 and half cup wholewheat flour
  • half cup milk
  •  mango cubes+puree 
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • few drops vanilla


Method:

In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients and a pinch of salt( optional).then add the milk,egg and vanilla into the dry ingredients. now, add mango puree in it and mix it well. make sure there is no lumps in it,we need smooth batter.
if batter looks to thick than add little water or milk to make it nice thick liquid kind of consistency.

preparation:

take a nonstick pan and grease the pan with little bit of butter.now heat the pan at low flame,then pour the batter into the pan make sure not to much just one big spoon and try to spread the batter with  the help of spoon. now wait until it reach's the bubble stage.
   

now its time to flip the pancake make sure its nicely golden from the bottom.

prepare the rest off the cakes and move on to assemble them i love to use caramel. so, i put little bit of caramel on each pancake and stack them. on top of my pancakes i put the mango cubes and the rest off the caramel, on top of it and a mint leave.
