chicken with stir fry vegetables and crispy potato
today, I am going to share the delicious and quick recipe. which you can prepare for lunch or dinner as well. this dish is a good source of carbs, vitamins and protein. and can keep you full for long.so lets get started.
- boneless chicken
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 big onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 grated potato
- pinch of oregano
- pinch of basil
- 3 tablespoon chili sauces
- 5 spoon tomato sauce
- salt (according to taste)
- one tablespoon chop garlic and green chili's
Method:
first Julian cut the vegetables , and cut the cubes of the chicken.now, take a nonstick pan add little oil in it. then add chop garlic and chili's,once it start cooking add chicken in it.when chicken start changing its color add salt and five tablespoon of water in it and let it cook for two more minutes.
now its time to add bell pepper and carrots in chicken and cook it for two more minutes after this add onion and chili sauce in it and let them cook, until the veges look little soft add pinch of oregano, basil and tomato sauces.
Now,give every thing a nice stir and turn off the heat.for crispy potato, in a pan add oil for frying the grated potato. fry them until they nicely crispy and golden. you can eat this as it is or can serve with white plain rice as well
