how to make cinnamon rolls

cinnamon rolls are everyone's favorite dessert, it is rich and delicious at the same time.but it cost a lot when we bought them from a bakery. so today am going to share the easiest recipe that you can follow to make your own delicious,healthy cinnamon rolls at home.


Ingredients:

For Dough

  • half cup butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 and half tablespoon premium yeast
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • quarter cup milk


 For Filling

  • 1 cup icing or granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

 Frosting:

  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 3 ounce cream cheese

 Method:

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients together than add egg and mix it. now slowly add milk in it and make a dough than cover the dough for one hour and let it proof.once the dough proof, shift the dough on platform sprinkle  some flour and roll the dough in length.after rolling spread butter on the flat dough evenly,now mix sugar and cinnamon and add this on top of the dough spread the sugar, cinnamon mix evenly on butter layer.
now its time to roll the dough, slowly roll the dough and make a loaf kinda roll then,cut even pieces of roll not to small not to big.with the help of a knife,if you want nicely cut pieces than use a threat.
now butter the pan and carefully place rolls into the pan side by side.

Preparation:

heat the oven at 175 to 180 Celsius for about 7 minutes, bake the cinnamon roll about 15 minutes. when rolls look nicely golden take them out from the oven and place them aside.

Frosting:

mix sugar and cream cheese together and make a paste of it,then pour this on top of cinnamon roll and enjoy.💗❤
