lasagna
INGREDIENTS:
- 400 grams lasagna sheets
- 250 grams of grated cheese
- 300 grams mince chicken or beef
- salt according to taste
- one minced onion
- half tablespoon dry oregano
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- half teaspoon dry basil
- 4 clove minced garlic
- little oil (we don't want to be greasy)
FOR TOMATO SAUCE:
- 6 big size tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- some salt
- 1 big tablespoon sugar
- garlic powder
- 3-4 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon flour
- half teaspoon dry oregano
- 2 pinches of salt
- half tablespoon white pepper
- one glass of milk
- 2 chop garlic clove
- first we need to boil our sheets in a deep pan. boil water with salt and one tablespoon of oil.when water start to boil add lasagna sheets in to boiling water.take out your sheets from water, when they still little under done.
- Now, for mince add 2-3 tablespoon of oil in a pan,when pan gets medium hot add minced onion.cook these onion for about 2-3 minutes.then add garlic and minced meat in it.try to incorporate the mince with onion.
- then, add the seasoning and give every thing a nice mix.add half cup of water and cover it. and let it cook until the water dried out.
- when minced looks cooked turn off the heat.
FOR TOMATO SAUCE:
- chop the tomatoes, add them in to a blender and blend. Now,put these blended tomatoes in a pan add all the seasoning.
- let the sauce cook until it gets thick. after this add the cooked minced into the sauce,and put this on side.
- In a pan add butter and garlic,when it start cooking add flour and mix it well.
- Now cook the flour on medium heat until it start changing its color.when color started to change slowly add milk in it (keep stirring while adding milk to avoid lumps)and make sure your milk is at room temperature.
- then, add all the seasonings and cook until it gets thick and creamy.
- take a deep heat prove dish or any heat prove deep pan.grease the pan with butter add a spoon of tomato sauce at the bottom. then start making layers.
- first add sheet then mice mixed tomato sauce then, add an other sheet of lasagna and put white sauce plus grated cheese.
- repeat this process until you run out off sheets.lastly put good amount of cheese on top of lasagna and sprinkle some dry oregano on top as well.
bake this for about 15 minutes with aluminium foil on top of it and an other 5 minutes without the foil.
