chicken bread

chicken stuff bread, is actually our go to pick from a bakery. when we want to eat something salty and fulling.many people wonder, how those bakery shops make such delicious and difficult looking bread.so today, I'm going to share the easiest recipe, which might make people think that you got some serious skills.

INGREDIENTS:

FOR DOUGH

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 full teaspoon yeast
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • half teaspoon salt
  • warm milk according to need


INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. take two tablespoon warm water and add yeast and sugar in it.give it a mix and set this a side.
  2. Now,take a large bowl add flour and salt in it and mix.
  3. Then, add yeast mixture along with egg.and mix every thing well, add milk according to need.(we mainly looking for a dough kind of consistency)
  4. When, it's look like a dough spread some flour on plate form and give some nice starch to your dough.spread the oil on top of the dough and cover it for 1 hour. so that it proves.

 FILLING:

2 cups of boiled shredded chicken
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
half chop onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon oil
(you can be creative with filling add what ever you want in your bread) 

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a pan, add oil and put onions in it. cook the onions until they get soft.
then add chicken along with other spices and mix every thing well.
If your mixer looks to dry  then you can add 2-3 tablespoon of milk and then turn off the heat.

FINAL STEP:


  1. After,all this place the dough on a clean plate form and dust some flour on it. again starch the dough with the palm of your hand.then make a round ball of the dough.
  2. Now, start rolling your dough in an oval shape. make sure you roll the dough not to thick not to thin.
  3. place the filling right in to the center.the with the help of a knife make cuts on both sides, in a way in which you make a braid kind of shape like this. place the bread on a greased baking tray and apply the egg wash on top of it. and bake this at 200 degree for 10 to 15 minutes.
